Overview

The License Plate LookUp section is where you can look up a specific License Plate, and view all the available information about it and its contents.

The License Plate LookUp section is divided into three parts: the Search Area, the License Plate Basic Information, and the License Plate Details.

1. Search Area

This is where you enter the LookUp Code of the License Plate you are looking for.

2. License Plate Basic Information

Basic information about the License Plate is displayed here.

3. License Plate Details

The License Plate's details are displayed here.

Search Area

Type in the License Plate LookUp Code, then click the Search button.

License Plate Basic Information

The Actions button allows you to select an action to perform from a drop-down list: you can Change the Status of the License Plate (opening a pop-up window), you can Print a Report of the License Plate, you can perform a Temperature Capture (see the Temperature Capture tutorial), or you can Create a Shipment & Pick the License Plate if it is a Composite License Plate. The Close button allows you to close the License Plate you are viewing.

Basic Information

Type:	The License Plate Type.
Status:	The Status of the License Plate.
Net Weight:	The License Plate's Weight, without factoring in Containers or Packaging.
Gross Weight:	The License Plate's Weight, including Containers and Packaging.
Container Type:	If the License Plate is associated with a Container Type, it is displayed here.
Archived:	If the License Plate is Archived and not longer in use, this box is checked.
Shipping LP:	If the License Plate is used as a Shipping License Plate, this box will be checked.

The License Plate's Location is also detailed on the right side of the screen, showing exactly where it is in the Warehouse.

License Plate Details

Inventory Details

Material:	The Material LookUp Code for the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot:	The Vendor Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot Vat:	If a Vat was used in the production of the Material, this is the Vat LookUp Code.
Lot:	The Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Project:	The Project under which the Material on the License Plate is classified.
Total:	The Total number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate.
Allocated:	The number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate that are already Allocated for an Order.
Available:	The number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate that are still Available for Shipment.
Active:	The number of Active Packages of the Material on the License Plate.
Inactive:	The number of Inactive Packages of the Material on the License Plate.
Packaging:	The Packaging Type for the Material on the License Plate.
Material Description:	A description of the Material on the License Plate.

Location Status:	The Status of the Location at which this Material is stored.
License Plate Status:	The Status of the License Plate the Material is assigned to.
Material Status:	The Status of the Material.
Lot Status:	The Status of the Lot the Material is assigned to.
Lot Create Date:	The Date on which the Material's Lot was created in the system.
Lot Manufacture Date:	The Date on which the Material's Lot was Manufactured.
Lot Expiration Date:	The Date on which the Material's Lot Expires.

Inventory

Project:	The Project under which the Material on the License Plate is classified.
Material:	The Material LookUp Code for the Material on the License Plate.
Packaged Amount:	The number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate.
Packaging:	The Packaging Type for the Material on the License Plate.
Lot:	The Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot:	The Vendor Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot Vat:	If a Vat was used in the production of the Material, this is the Vat LookUp Code.
License Plate Expiration Date:	The Date on which the Material's License Plate Expires.
Vendor Lot Expiration Date:	The Date on which the Material's Vendor Lot Expires.
Description:	A description of the Material on the License Plate.
Create Date:	The Date on which the Material was created in the system.

By double-clicking an Inventory entry, you are able to adjust its Quantity, add or change its Container Type, add a Reason Code for the change, and add Notes to it.

If you are viewing a Composite License Plate rather than a standard License Plate, instead of the Inventory tab, you will see a License Plates tab.

License Plates

Composite License Plates will be listed first, and by clicking the + icon to its left, each associated License Plate will be listed below it, displaying the same information.

Location Name:	The Location of the License Plate.
LP:	The License Plate LookUp Code.
Status:	The Status of the License Plate.
Lot LookUp Code:	The Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Material LookUp Code:	The Material LookUp Code for the Material on the License Plate.
Material Description:	A description of the Material on the License Plate.
Create Date:	The Date on which the License Plate was created in the system.
Total Packaged Amount:	The Total number of the specified Packages on the License Plate.
Packaging UOM Name:	The Packaging Type for the Materials on the License Plate.

Total Inventory Amount:	The total number of Packages on the License Plate, regardless of Packaging Type.
Net Weight:	The License Plate's Weight, without factoring in Containers or Packaging.
Gross Weight:	The License Plate's Weight, including Containers and Packaging.
Weight UOM:	The Unit by which the Weight is Measured.
Contents Owner Count:	The number of unique Owners who have Inventory on this License Plate.
Contents Project Count:	The number of unique Projects with Inventory on this License Plate.
Shipment LookUp Code:	If the License Plate is associated with a Shipment, its LookUp Code is displayed here.
Material Name:	The Name of the Material on the License Plate.

Order Class LookUp:	The system-generated LookUp Code for the Order Class of the Order the License Plate is associated with, if any.
Order Class Name:	The Name of the Order Class for the Order the License Plate is associated with, if any.
Dock Door Name:	The Dock Door at which the License Plate is assigned to.
Dock Door Short Name:	The Short Name for the Dock Door the License Plate is assigned to.
Dock Door Location ID:	The System ID for the Dock Door the License Plate is assigned to.

By double-clicking a License Plate, you can open it in a new tab.

By clicking the + icon next to a License Plate, you can view the Inventory on it.

License Plate Inventory

LP:	The LookUp Code for the License Plate the Material is on.
Lot LookUp Code:	The Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Material LookUp Code:	The Material LookUp Code for the Material on the License Plate.
Material Description:	A description of the Material on the License Plate.
Packaged Amount:	The number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate.
Packaging Name:	The Packaging Type for the Materials on the License Plate.
Base Amount:	The Amount of units of the Base Packaging Type for the Material on the License Plate.

Base Packaging:	The Base Packaging Type for the Material on the License Plate.
Material Name:	The Name of the Material on the License Plate.
Project Name:	The Name of the Project under which the Material is classified.
Expiration Date:	The Date on which the Material on the License Plate Expires.
Vendor Lot LookUp Code:	The Vendor Lot for the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot Vat:	If a Vat was used in the production of the Material, this is the Vat LookUp Code.

License Plate Content Expiration Date:	The Date on which the License Plate's Contents Expire.
Lot Notes:	Any Notes in the system for the Lot.
Vendor Lot Expiration Date:	The Date on which the Material's Vendor Lot Expires.
Lot Description:	A description of the Lot of the Material on the License Plate.
Vendor Lot Notes:	Any Notes in the system for the Vendor Lot.
Warehouse Name:	The Name of the Warehouse in which the License Plate is Located.
Vendor Lot Description:	A description of the Vendor Lot of the Material on the License Plate.

Serial Numbers

If the Materials on the License Plate are Serial Controlled, or have Variable Weights or Dimensions, their unique details will be listed here.

LookUp Code:	The Serial Number associated with the Material.
Status:	The Status of the Material.
License Plate:	The License Plate the Material is assigned to.
Lot:	The Lot the Material is a part of.
Packaging:	The Packaging Type containing the Material.
Create Date:	The Date the Material was entered into the system.
Net Weight:	The Weight of the Material, including its Packaging.
Gross Weight:	The Weight of the Material, without its Packaging.
Weight UOM:	The Unit by which the Material's Weight is Measured.
Length:	The Length of the Material.
Height:	The Height of the Material.
Width:	The Width of the Material.
Dimension UOM:	The Unit by which Length, Width, and Height are Measured.

Material Name:	The Name of the Material's Material
License Plate Status:	The Status of the License Plate the Material is assigned to.
Location Eligible for Allocation:	A check will appear in this box if the Location in which the Material can have its Materials Allocated for Outbound Orders.
Vendor Lot ID:	The ID of the Vendor Lot the Material is a part of.
Vendor Lot LookUp Code:	The LookUp Code of the Vendor Lot the Material is a part of.
Vendor Lot Expiration Date:	The date on which the Vendor Lot the Material is a part of is set to expire.

Vendor Lot Manufacture Date:	The date on which the Vendor Lot the Material is a part of was Manufactured.
Vendor Lot Created Sys Date Time:	The date on which the Vendor Lot the Material is a part of was created in the system.
Order ID:	If the Material is Allocated for an Outbound Order, that Order's ID is displayed here.
Order LookUp Code:	If the Material is Allocated for an Outbound Order, that Order's LookUp Code is displayed here.
Order LookUp Code:	If the Material is Allocated for an Outbound Order, its Shipment's LookUp Code is displayed here.
Net Weight:	The Weight of the Material, including its Packaging.
Gross Weight:	The Weight of the Material, without its Packaging.
Weight UOM Name:	The name of the Unit by which the Material's Weight is Measured.

Temperature History

Date:	The date on which the Temperature Capture occurred.
Point:	The Temperature Reading Point at which this Capture occurred.
Type:	The Temperature Reading Type of this Capture.
Temp 1:	The first recorded Temperature Reading.
Unit:	The Temperature Unit of Measurement for the first Reading.
Temp 2:	The second recorded Temperature Reading.
Unit:	The Temperature Unit of Measurement for the second Reading.
Temp 3:	The third recorded Temperature Reading.
Unit:	The Temperature Unit of Measurement for the third Reading.
Shipment:	The Shipment for which this Temperature Capture has occurred.
Line:	The Shipment Line for which this Temperature Capture was recorded.
License Plate:	The License Plate for which this Temperature Capture was recorded.
Load Container:	The Load Container for which this Temperature Capture was recorded.
Employee:	The Footprint User who recorded this Temperature Capture.
Notes:	Any Notes for this Temperature Capture.

Reasons

The Reasons tab contains the Reason Codes currently applicable to the item, and the Reason History displaying all Reasons assigned to it.

Label:	Reason Code Name.
LookUp Code:	The LookUp Code for the Reason Code.
Expiration Date:	The items new Expiration Date.

Operation:	The Operation Code for the Reason.
LookUp Code:	The LookUp Code for the Reason Code.
Created Date:	The Date on which the Reason Code was added to the item.
Expiration Date:	The items new Expiration Date.
Notes:	Any Notes in the system attached to the Reason Code for this item.
Created Sys User:	The Footprint User who added the Reason Code to the item.

Actual Expiration Date:	The Expiration Date associated with the Task.
Actual Packaged Amount:	The Packaged Amount associated with the Task.
Actual Packaging:	The Packaging Type used for the Task.
Expected Serial Number:	The Serial Number LookUp Code associated with the Task.
Actual Source License Plate:	The Source License Plate LookUp Code associated with the Task.
Actual Source Location:	The Source Location associated with the Task.
Actual Target License Plate:	The Target License Plate associated with the Task.
Actual Target Location:	The Target Location associated with the Task.

Completed Date Time:	The time and date the Task was Completed.
Create Date Time:	The time and date the Task was Created.
Start Date:	The time and date the Task was started.

Expected Expiration Date:	The expected Expiration Date associated with the Task.
Expected Location:	The expected Location associated with the Task.
Expected Packaged Amount:	The expected Packaged Amount associated with the Task.
Expected Packaging:	The expected Packaging Type used for the Task.
Expected Serial Number:	The expected Serial Number LookUp Code associated with the Task.
Expected Source License Plate:	The expected Source License Plate LookUp Code associated with the Task.
Expected Target License Plate:	The expected Target License Plate associated with the Task.
Expected Target Location:	The expected Target Location associated with the Task.

Manufacturing Order:	The Manufacturing Order number associated with the Task.
Manufacturing Order Line Number:	The Manufacturing Order Line number associated with the Task.

Item Code:	The Item Code associated with the Task.
Lot:	The Lot associated with the Task.
Serial Number:	The Serial Number LookUp Code associated with the Task.
Vendor Lot:	The Vendor Lot associated with the Task.

Dimensions UOM:	The Dimensional Unit of Measurement associated with the Task.
Gross Weight:	The Gross Weight associated with the Task.
Height:	The Height associated with the Task.
Length:	The Length associated with the Task.
Net Weight:	The Net Weight associated with the Task.
Volume:	The Volume associated with the Task.
Volume UOM:	The Volumetric Unit of Measurement associated with the Task.
Weight UOM:	The Weight Unit of Measurement associated with the Task.
Width:	The Width associated with the Task.

Order:	The Order Number associated with the Task.
Order Line Number:	The Order Line Number associated with the Task.
Shipment:	The Shipment Number associated with the Task.

Employee:	The Employee who completed the Task.
ID:	The Task ID.
Operation Code:	The Operation Code for the Task.
Operation Type:	The Operation Type for the Task.
Status:	The Task's Status.
Warehouse:	The Warehouse in which the Task occurs.

Pick Slip:	The Pick Slip Number associated with the Task.
Wave Description:	The Wave associated with the Task.
